We have a large organisation with more than 5500 emplooyes working throughout Beyçelik Group. We organize various operations in our companies through our Human Resources and Corporate Communication Departments in order to ensure motivation of our employees and strengthen the internal communication. In addition to tournaments like bowling, football cups, backgammon, table tennis we realized related to our employees regularly we organize seminars for ensuring awareness in different subjects; and support our employees to attend culture and art activities. We bring them together at the events ensuring them to enjoy their times together and have contacts with each other.
